I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for RoC Skincare. I received product to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
I’m very much a believer in the phrase “beauty begins on the inside”, but I’m also not against doing what I can to feel beautiful on the outside as well. I now realize that looking my best on the outside could mean a move to another state.
RoC® Skincare and Sperling’s Best Places recently created a new list that analyzes how your state affects the aging of your skin. Each of the 50 states were given a “wrinkle index” based upon 5 different factors.
- Amounts of UV exposure
- Stress levels, including commute times
- Geographic elevation
- Low winter temperatures
- Increase in extreme weather temperatures
It was not surprising for me to find out that Colorado ranked #4 for worst wrinkle causing states. Ouch! No wonder I’m starting to look so old, I need to head back to Texas, which ranked #38. Since that doesn’t seem like a very likely option for our family, I have decided that finding another way to stay on top of fine lines and wrinkles is my best choice.
Visiting a dermatologist is something I do annually to check over my skin for any changes. It is also a good time for me to get advice on products the professionals recommend. Without fail the RoC brand is always one of the first to be recommended as the best for fighting against fine lines and wrinkles.
I am currently using two products in the RoC Retinol Correxion line.
RoC Retinol Correxion Eye Cream: This product is used to reduce the signs of aging around the eyes, which is currently where I show most of my age. RoC Retinol Correxion Eye Creams uses pure retinol and an Essential Mineral Complex that helps to immediately smooth the skin around the eyes.
This eye creams targets dark circles, puffiness, crows feet and wrinkles around the eyes. All areas that women of most ages battle on a daily basis. With continued use, your eyes should show decreased signs of aging.
RoC Retinol Correxion Eye Cream can be found at food, drug and mass merchandisers such as Target. It has a suggested retail price of $22.99 for a 0.5 fl. oz tube
RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Serum: What draws me to this product are the words “deep wrinkle” in the name. I have always heard that once you have deep wrinkles, it is too late to correct them with creams or lotions. I am really looking forward to seeing how this serum combats my deep wrinkles on my forehead.
In addition to creating more radiant skin, RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Serum’s mineral complex has been clinically shown to visibly reduce even deep wrinkles. Wrinkles are improved with continued use.
This product can also be found at food, drug, and mass merchandisers like Target. It has a suggested retail price of $22.99 for a 1.0 fl. oz tube.
These are just a couple of the products in the RoC skincare line. You can learn more about their full line by visiting their website.
