I have been actively trying to change certain routines in my life, one of them is trying to eat healthier. I am learning that for someone that doesn’t always make the best choices when it comes to food, that isn’t an easy task.
My realization has been that in order for me to switch up the way I eat, I need foods to be not only quick to grab, but also delicious. Mountain High Yoghurt has accomplished being both of those things. That’s why in my quest for better health, this yoghurt has moved to the top of my list.
By adding Mountain High Yoghurt to recipes, I am able to cut calories and reduce fat content in meals I never thought possible. Perhaps you remember me mentioning my Sloppy Joe’s I recently made with Mountain High Yoghurt. I was completely surprised to find all the recipes on their website that incorporate yoghurt.
Of course, one of the easiest ways I have found to include yoghurt into my daily routine is for breakfast and snacks. When I am having a rushed morning and need something quick, yoghurt is one of the healthiest things I can grab. Add that with a banana and I have a great start to my day.
There are also mornings that I prefer something nice and warm to fill my tummy. I found the perfect recipes for these mornings called Yoghurt Oatmeal. It is simple and easy to make and keeps me full well into lunch. I don’t take the time to make it exactly the way the recipe shows. I put the oatmeal in a bowl and then make a hole in the middle to fill with the yoghurt. It may not be quite as pretty, but the taste is the same.
For a special snack for myself and my children, I love the Caramel Apple Dip recipe from Mountain High Yoghurt. I personally prefer to make it without the English Toffee Bits. However, you may feel differently.
If you are trying to find ways to change your diet, you can’t go wrong with all natural, delicious Mountain High Yoghurt. Find all the ways you can add it to your lifestyle by visiting their website.
I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Mountain High Yoghurt. I received a gift card to purchase yogurt, a product kit, and a promotional item to thank me for participating.

My favorite thing to do with yogurt is make smoothies! It’s a great way to get your probiotics, your fruit, and some protein into your diet – plus it’s idiot proof.
Hi Laurie
Thanks for the great post.
I eat yogurt regularly.
Like to add walnuts and berries.
And yes it’s great in oatmeal.
