Don’t Understand Men? …..Ball Park Full Value Coupon #Giveaway

Yesterday we had the awesome opportunity of visiting Coors Field here in Colorado.  For those of you who aren’t familiar with what Coors Field is, it is where the Rockies play baseball.

I don’t know about you guys, but anytime I head to a baseball game I have to enjoy a tasty hot dog smothered in mustard.  While we weren’t there to see an actual game since the Rockies are currently in Arizona for spring training, I still had hot dogs on the brain.

For the past few weeks I have been talking to you guys about Ball Park products and how men are easier fed than understood.    Well, this weekend I had one of those moments with my husband.

When we were at Coors Field, we were taken down onto the field and allowed to walk around and check everything out.  My husband was like a little kid in a candy store.

As we walked around with our son, my husband started to tell stories that began with, “When I was a little boy….”  He then explained to us exactly which seats he sat in at any Rockies game he had ever been to.

Next came the stories about what position he would play if he were in the “Big Leagues”.

into the dugouts and he and our son sat on the managers bench pretending to manage their team.  They were a complete mess, fun to watch.

When we headed back up the elevators, my husband began to talk about what a dream it would be to work at Coors Field or other sports arena.  It is so funny to watch him in situations like this, because he starts coming up with all kinds of crazy ideas.

Luckily for him, as we were walking out to our car, I saw a banner saying they were hiring for seasonal help to clean the stands after the games.  Hey, he is the one that said it would be a dream to work there.  Apparently he was thinking more along the lines of being part of the Rockies team.

I’m telling you, he needs to be more specific next time…..  Men, I just don’t understand them.

How about you guys?  Do you have stories or pictures to share that confirm the theme of “Men. Easier Fed Than Understood” in your life?  We’d love to hear them…..

I don’t understand how my husband falls asleep so easily…mid-conversation, while standing, sitting on the couch after dinner, or as soon as his head hits the pillow in bed. It always takes me a while to fall asleep and even longer when I’m laying there listening to HIS snoring-LOL! Lately, he’s been trying to give me a 20 minute headstart. So within 5 minutes on me laying in bed trying to fall asleep before he comes in, I usually here him start snoring in the living room, then he doesn’t make it to bed at all-lol! Since he eats just about anything, he’s definitely easier fed than understood :-)

I have been married a loooong time, THERE IS NO WAY to understand their thinking!!!! To feed them you just have to know a few likes and dislikes!! Mine does not like mayo, so as long as I stay away from that we are good.

One word: Sports. I can get into playing sports and even watching it live, but watching someone else play sports on TV? No thanks!

I will never understand my husband, but I do know what foods he likes and I can typically get my way when I fix one of them.
