So, I have been slacking on sharing my weight loss experience with you. Unfortunately, I have been sick for three weeks now and have been behind on just about everything. Perfect timing just before the holidays!
I do have some good news though. I am doing well on my weight loss journey with Nutrisystem. Actually, it has been great not having to worry about what I was going to eat when I was not feeling well. I simply went to the pantry and picked out one of my awesome meals that are quick and easy to make.
The Chicken Noodle Soup has been perfect for lunches, as well as the Vegetable Beef Soup. They are just like grandma makes. Seriously, I am really enjoying everything I am eating on the Nutrisystem plan. I have never felt deprived like I have when dieting on my own.
I have even been eating things like Salisbury Steak with Macaroni & Cheese, Chicken Quesadilla’s and the best thing…..ice cream and cookies! You heard right, I get to eat yummy ice cream! Who can go wrong with a weight loss plan like that? My favorite are the ice cream sandwiches.
I guess you are curious to know how the weight loss is going? I am happy to say that I started at 142 lbs. and am down to 132 lbs. I have been using Nutrisystem for about a month now, so I think 10 lbs. is great. I have not even felt like I was dieting, which is making it easy to follow the plan. Best of all, I feel better, except for being sick that is.

Wow Laurie, that is fantastic! You looked great before and IMO didn't need to lose weight but I completely understand a "happy weight". Hope you are feeling better.
