What Makes your Feet "Feelgoodz"?

Flip-Flops are my favorite shoes for wearing year round. I love the ease of being able to slip them on and go. So when I learned of the company Feelgoodz, I had to contact them.

I loved several things about the company when I was looking online. The thing I loved most is that Feelgoodz are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. What a great idea!

Right now, Feelgoodz is working on a campaign and they are looking for flip-flop collectors: (Information below taken directly from their website.)

I found a really cool company in Kenya that turns recycled flip-flops into eco-boutique items. I contacted the founder and asked, “If feelgoodz were able to manage a grassroots flip-flop recycling campaign, could you use more flip-flops?” She explained that, the more flip-flops collected, the more revenue we would be able to create for Kenyan villagers.

Let me tell you, if you take the time to read the story of how Feelgoodz came to be, you will be amazed. The creators of this company have really lived! I love how every path they took in their life lead them to creating a great product they can “feelgoodz” about.

Feelgoodz Flip-Flops are made with 100% eco-friendly natural latex rubber. They are very soft, despite the fact that they are fairly thin. They seem to mold to your foot, which makes them very comfortable. This company definitely has the right idea with creating a product that is eco-friendly. I wish more companies would do the same.

CLUELESS CONCLUSIONS:

NAY!:
I found that the toe of the shoe would sometimes fold under if I walked quickly while wearing them. This caused them to scuff up on the top of the flip-flop rather quickly. I wore them one day for most of the day while playing with my kids and they rubbed a blister on the top of my foot. I am sure that was probably because they were not completely broken in yet. I would suggest wearing them a little every day before you head out for an all day excursion in them.

YAY!:
I was worried about how thin the Feelgoodz Flip-Flops were when I first received them. I thought they would never be able to live up to their name. I was wrong though. They actually molded nicely around my foot and felt very comfortable.

I love the color that I received, Ladyslipper. It was a beautiful pink and brown. You guys know how much I love pink. I think these are the perfect shoe for wearing around the house, to the pool or even the beach. I have wood floors in most of my house, so I wear them a lot around the house for comfort. Right now, these are not the pair of shoes I would grab for chasing my kids around outside or heading to the zoo. My foot does seem to need a little more support than what these offer for me.

I think for the price you will definitely wear them enough to get your money’s worth out of them. I absolutely LOVE that once you are done with them they can be recycled instead of just filling up a landfill somewhere. That’s what makes me “Feelgoodz”!
