The first thing I worry about when people visit my home is the smells floating through the air. Chances are the minute they walk through the door they realize that I own a bird and 3 dogs? Maybe the smell of a fresh poopy diaper is the first aroma to greet their noses. Either way, neither of these is the first impression I want to make with anyone.
I know I have visited other people’s homes and thought, “Oh Boy, I wonder if they know how bad it smells in here?” The problem is we all become used to the odors floating around our own homes. That is why I am always more than happy to try anything to make sure I am never put in that situation.
Currently, if you walked into my home you would think I had a patch of fresh strawberries growing in the living room. I was sent a product called My Scent Essence for review.
My Scent Essence has quite the extensive product line. For the complete list, you can visit myScentEssence.com. I was sent a SIRE Touch Aroma Lamp. I was excited that the lamp is touch activated. You plug it in and with the touch of your finger, you’ve got light. You can choose the intensity of the light with 3 different taps. There is never the need to remember to unplug it, just walk by and tap.
I was also sent 2 different ScentShakes in the scents of Mangosteen and Passionate Strawberry. ScentShakes are created with high quality non-toxic fragrance oil and 100% Natural Palm Wax. I had several things I loved about them. The first is that the scents lasted so long and yet you only had to use very little. The second thing I loved was that when the scents dried after being melted, they had a beautiful pearlized look to them. Of course the best part of all is that once the ScentShakes dry you simply push them out of the glass holder so there is virtually NO clean up.
As I mentioned earlier, My Scent Essence has an extensive line of products. I am unable to give you my personal experience with all of them, but I couldn’t be happier with the products I did receive. Something else I wanted to point out is that My Scent Essence is helping you to green. Which makes scents sense right?

I have found through perusing their site that all their prices are reasonable and fair for the value you receive. The warmers you will find at My Scent Essence are unique and different. The only flaw I saw with the Touch Lamp I was sent was there were a few little chips on the edges. The edges are also a little sharp, so little hands should probably steer clear. Of course little ones shouldn’t be playing with the warmer regardless because of the hot wax. On the positive side, I did not notice the chips at all when the warmer was lit.
As for scents, the hardest part will be going through all the choices to pick out just the right scent for your home. There are over 100 choices. They all sounded delicious to me and I love both the scents I ended up choosing. My one lamp I received does a great job of making my entire living area smell great.
