Who doesn’t struggle with trying to find delicious, healthy meals to make for their family? I know it is a huge dilemma for me. Everyday it is the same thing, “Mom I’m hungry. Make me something.” I hear it at least three times a day…breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It did not turn out the way I am used to it. I believe it was because I microwaved it. I say that because the next two I made in the oven and I loved them. As a matter of fact, my entire family loved them. I barely got any of the Chicken Lasagna because my kids ate it all. See, I even took pictures for proof. My husband ate all my burrito. It is a great choice because it is only 260 calories and 1g of fat. You would never guess it by the flavor!
