My everyday life is so hectic and most of it is completely my fault. The thing about me that discourages me the most is my lack of organizational skills. No matter how hard I try it seems as though getting organized is just not in the cards for me.
As I look around the Internet at other mommy bloggers like myself, I am so envious. It seems like all of you have got it figured out and yet no one is willing to share their secrets with me. Until now that is! SOS which stands for Simple Organized Sanity is coming to my rescue.

Christie Love is a professional organizer whose goal is to help people just like me that are looking to reduce stress in their life by decluttering and becoming more organized. Through the Product Review Place, I am participating in an organizational event with Simple Organized Sanity. Virtual Organizing Session?” I am so glad you asked. I was told to pick a room in my home that I wanted to free from clutter. My first thought was, “Are you kidding me? Have you seen my home?” It was like asking me to decide which room to keep afloat when the whole ship is going down FAST!
I decided after much thought that the home office was the best place to start. I took seven pictures and forwarded them to Christie. With the virtual organizing sessions you are allowed up to 10 pictures. I was embarrassed enough for her to see the seven, so I stopped there. Christie was so quick with her turn around time. Within a day, I was on the phone discussing what my goals were, a budget that I had in mind and what the best way for me to get organized was. She was incredibly sweet, nice and easy to work with. The best part was not once did she recommend therapy for my pack rat disorder.
I believe it was within three days from the start of me sending the pictures that I had a plan in place. It was like I had been given a life raft on the Titanic. I loved the recommendations that she sent to me. They were very concise and well written out. They told me exactly what I would need and where I could find the items. She even told me what the cost for the project would be. I want to do this for every room in my house.
I have begun to implement the recommendations to the home office and can already feel a difference, mainly mentally. I have a long way to go, but this showed me that it can be done. I don’t have pictures yet, because I want to wait until it is complete. I will post them once I have it finished.
