O Splash cosmetics for your shower! I think that is a pretty catchy name, Don’t you?
I foundO Splash cosmetics one day when I was on Twitter. They hadn’t even launched their products yet, but I was first in line to want to try them out.
I was so pleased when my samples arrived in the mail. When I opened the envelope, I immediately smelled something I couldn’t wait to try. I removed them from the package and found three sample bars of soap.
The first bar was Delicious! No really, that was the name. It was definitely my personal favorite. It had an amazing smell of cherries. I used it first. It was a great bar of soap. It had a nice lather and just enough exfoliation to make my skin feel really sloughed and free of dead skin.
The second bar I sampled, was Oliver Suds. This bar smelled more like a man’s scent to me. Maybe that’s why they named it Oliver? Although, the more obvious reason for the name would be that it had actual olives inside it. It was the most unique bar in my opinion of the three. I had never used or seen a soap with olives in it. It did not lather as much as the first bar, Delicious. I do prefer a more lathering bar personally. It is supposed to be great for sensitive skin though, which is a nice bonus.
The last bar was called Orange you Spicy. Can you guess what it smelled like? You betcha, oranges and spice and everything nice. This bar was very pretty. It had lots of ingredients to help invigorate your skin. It also had an exfoliating feel to it. Of the three bars, this was the only one that seemed to melt a little quickly.
O Splash offers a couple of other bars of soap includingTranquil Mist, Lavender Slumbers and a special limited edition bar called Willo. There will be some new editions coming soon to O Splash, so be on the lookout! It sounds like it will be some fun stuff. Each bar is approx. 4 oz and ranges in price from $4.50-$5. Clueless Conclusions: NAY:
I would love to see more of a selection, which she is currently working on. Other than that, I have nothing else that I personally feel needs improving. Way to go O Splash! YAY!:
Each of these soaps smelled very nice. They also left my skin feeling clean. I believe from the products I used that a lot of time was invested in making them great. The price seems very fair to me for a homemade product that has the ingredients they do. I always love to purchase from companies that were created by a woman just like me!
