It seems like at one point or another, every person I meet is either on a diet or has been on a diet. I know personally I have had my ups and downs with weight and being “healthy”, which can be very frustrating. I have tried everything from crash diets to working out with none of these being something that ended up sticking for long. That being said, I am always looking for ways that will actually help me to stick with a program and finally succeed.
Have you guys ever heard of http://socialspark.com/metrics/click/post?slot_id=191772&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.wellnessdaily.com ?I hadn’t until today actually. After looking around their site tonight, I am so glad I was introduced to it. This site has amazing tips on how to:
Lose Weight
Eat Right
Find Balance
Stay Fit
Healthy Recipes/Coupons
Videos
You name it, they have it. It looks like a great site for helping to keep a person motivated, as well as give some great new ideas on how to succeed at being healthy and fit. The part I loved most about this site, is it was easy to navigate. Some sites I have tried to use make it so hard to find information. I don’t have that kind of extra time on my hands. I doubt you guys do either.
I love that they are about the total wellness of a person. I know for me, sometimes I get so wound up in just losing the weight that I forget that being healthy about it is much more important. Afterall, isn’t being healthy what all of our ultimate goals are geared towards? WellnessDaily.com allows a person to create a customized personal health and wellness feed. This allows you to receive the information that will benefit you the most. Like I said in my earlier statement, “They make it easy”.
I have definitely added this under my favorites. You guys should check it out and see if you think it could be a benefit to you. Right now if you are one of the first 25,000 to visit their site, you can print off a $5 Rebate form for any one JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE product. I did already know that turkey is a great alternative to beef. I have been using it in my recipes for a while now.
wellnessdaily.com is also hosting an awesome Twitter contest for a chance to win a WellnessDaily.com prize package which include coupons for a year-long supply of Jennie-O Turkey Store product and a one-year gym membership, valued at $1,250. That would be a nice one to win. If you want your shot at that great prize, just tweet the following: It only runs through 3/10, so be sure to tweet today!!

Wow, sounds great! I'll have to check out the site. Not that I'll be dieting right now, since I'm pregnant and all, but I definitely could use some pointers, especially after the baby is born. Afterall, my 4 year old thinks I'm getting fat…lol
I am dieting! Six weeks and counting so I'll have to tweet!
