Growing up, one of my favorite treats was a Popsicle. I remember being so happy anytime my mom gave me one of those tasty, bright treats. Not much has changed about that today, even though I have gotten a little older now.
I am sure several of us started out this new year with the resolution of losing weight. By this time we have either decided we will be sticking to this resolution or not. Well, Popsicle pops are making it easy to follow through on our goals. So even if you have slipped on your weight loss attempts, don’t quit just yet.
Popsicle pops have so many low calorie, low fat options to choose from. They include Sugar Free Popsicle Tropicals ice pops and Low Fat Fudgsicle Triple Chocolate pops. Both of these choices are less than 60 calories and contain 1.5 grams of fat or less each. I don’t know about y’all, but I love a good Fudgsicle. They curb my appetite for chocolate perfectly.
According to a recent survey* commissioned by Popsicle®, nearly 80% of moms admit to breaking into their children’s arsenal of snacks and desserts. Because of this, the survey revealed that the foods moms most try to avoid having in the house are candy and baked goods.
