Skin Authority and Guessing All the Way have teamed up once again for the holidays. This time I want to introduce you to the Go! Gorgeous skin kit. This comes just in time to be beautiful for those New Year’s holiday parties.
The Go! Gorgeous kit by Skin Authority includes 4 products. These four products combined together produce younger, firmer skin immediately, with lasting results in just 21 days. Who does not want that? Well, I was sent the Go! Gorgeous skin kit to try for myself.
Now you guys know from my previous review on their wrinkle reversing serum that I enjoy their products. This time was no different. The first product of the 4 in the kit is the daily cleanser. When I applied it to my face I was disappointed because it did not foam. It felt like it was not doing anything, because it dried very quickly. I learned when I rinsed it off that this was not the case. My face felt different after the first use, it was noticeably softer. I would recommend using an eye makeup remover before cleansing with this product. If you can live without it, you will like the results.
The next product was a resurfacing accelerator, You use this product in the evenings. It is recommended to do every other night in the beginning as it has 15% glycolic acid. I liked that with this product a little bit went a long way. I could feel a slight tingle on my skin when I applied it. This told me it was working. With regular use it is supposed to smooth rough texture and brighten treated areas. I used it a couple of days in a row and did get dry. I went back to every other day and that worked best for my skin.
Sunscreen moisturizer with SPF30 is the third product. This is of course used during the day after the daily cleanser. It was not an oily lotion. I was able to apply it and put my makeup on without feeling greasy. It was a thicker texture than the night time moisturizer, but still lightweight. It was the only product of the 4 that had a scent. It smelled like a sunscreen. This to me just meant I was getting my UVA and UVB ray protection.
The last product was the Tri-Power Peptide Hydrator. This was the last step in the evening regimen. This would be your night time moisturizer. It was very lightweight and a little went a long way. It was my favorite of the 4 products. I really liked the consistency of it. It also helps to fight fine lines and wrinkles. A plus for any woman my age.
With this kit I noticed that my face went through a little dryness in the first week. This did improve once my skin adjusted to the product. I have since noticed less dryness and an improvement in my skin appearance. The Go! Gorgeous kit is the perfect size for trying out these products. It is also perfect for packing for those holiday trips.
