THIS GIVEAWAY IS FOR THE US ONLY. SORRY GUYS, I JUST FOUND OUT!
I don’t know how you guys feel about Halloween, but I LOVE it. I remember as a little girl getting buckets of candy from trick or treating. My sisters and I would pour it all out on the floor and then trade each other for the kind we liked best. I can guarantee you guys I would never have traded the candy I received for review yesterday. It’s not because the candy itself was better, but it’s because I would have thought the labels were the coolest thing ever!!
Treasured Sweets was nice enough to send me two full sized chocolate bars personalized with my two kiddos names. I also received a small bag full of mixed Hershey’s chocolates wrapped in an adorable pumpkin label, just perfect for trick or treaters. What a fun idea! These labels are perfect for any occasion you can think of. It is a great way to make that special someone in your life feel loved or just do something fun for the holidays. Think how cool these would be for your children’s upcoming Halloween party. These labels from Treasured Sweets are created with such quality in mind. They look like they were printed right on the original packaging. I have tried to make something like these at home on my printer before. I can tell you, these are nothing like what you can do from home!
As a special surprise treat for me, I was sent labels that can be put around a plastic water bottle. They have the name of my blog on them with my logo. What a surprise! It seems as though Treasured Sweets can make labels for just about anything. These would be great for advertising! They made me feel like a big shot as I drank from my Guessing All the Way bottle of water. heehee
Well, now for the good news for my readers! Treasured Sweets is offering one of my readers a dozen custom full size candy bars just in time for Halloween. They will be just like the ones I received, except without my kids names. Unless that’s what you choose of course. This is the perfect way to show your kids what a Rock Star MOM you are. This is a quick giveaway so be sure to enter today. If you don’t feel like waiting to win, take advantage of the $5 off any $25 order by using code HALLOWEEN at checkout. These really are a FUN little item:)

First? Awesome. I just love Halloween. I threw a party in 2005 that was really awesome. My first and only, quite awesome.
I won't be doing anything this year, most likely, but we did decorate and now I'm all happy.
I have also followed you and retweeted (anaesthetic)

My favorite memory of Halloween is also my first memory of Halloween. I was three and my mom dressed me up as a witch with a tiny broom. But instead of asking for candy, I was preoccupied with sweeping the trash off the sidewalk, lol.

My favorite Halloween memory was when I was a Freshmen in High School and my best friend and I went a siamese twins to a skating Halloween party. It was very hard to skate while being strapped together wearing the same sweatshirt.
This year, I will be a Harley Momma- in full gear! My sons are grown, so they will just be themselves.
Personalized Matchbook mints are something else I could order. Great ideas!
Love the label on the water! As for my Halloween memory, I have the same memories of dumping mypillow case full of candy on the floor to share with my brothers. That was the BEST!
My son will be dressed up as Buzz Lightyear and my daughter will be a Princess for Halloween.
my favorite memory of halloween is from last year. it was my son's first halloween and the whole family dressed up as characters from his favorite show, yo gabba gabba.
I just LOVE Halloween. October is my favorite month of the year and Halloween is just the topper!
My kids and I will be participating in the local Halloween Parade with our cubscout pack this year (billed as the 2nd largest halloween parade in the world!). In our town, the parade is such a big deal it is held on Halloween night and Trick of Treating is done the night before. Of course we'll be out collecting our treats on that night! You can find a fairy princess, a werewolf, and the 3rd one is undecided….look for a skeleton or a magician, or a ninja…

Hi Laurie, you always have great give-aways, but I sometimes don't get around to joining in. This one looks super yummy
Alas, I can't tell you my favorite halloween memory (as a kid) because we never did trick or treat in England when I was growing up
poor me!
it's still not that big a thing now, although I do hear that some kids dress up!
Kristen is dressing up as a wolf this year! She is very much in to them, bringing books home from the library about them, having tons of soft 'wolf' toys, she just loves everything wolves. She loves dogs too and has been dressed as a dog about 4 times in the 8 halloweens that she's had!
My favorite halloween memories come from when I was a kid. My grandparents lived close by in a small town. After we did our trick-or-treating in our neighborhood we'd head over there and walk around their neighborhood. The best part about that was most of the people in their neighborhood made treat BAGS, they did not just hand out one little piece of candy, because they didn't get as many kids coming through the neighborhood. Some years I'd be lucky enough that my older cousin (who I adored) would be the one who took me around.
Now of course my favorite memories come from watching my kids have so much fun. Deciding what to dress up as has got to be my absolute favorite.

One of my favorite memories of Halloween is a party my parents had many years ago for my Aunts, Uncles & cousins. Everyone dressed up, even my "old" Aunts and Uncles. (looking back, they were younger than I am now. lol). We played games and had so much fun.
Both my sons are dressing up as bank robbers. My daughter is going to be a princess. My husband is dressing up as a crazy dentist and I'm dressing up as a crazy cat lady.

My favorite memory is when tick or treating with the girls and my nephew, my nephew was sick and couldn't continue going door to door. Being of short stature – I put his face mask on, carried his bag — and everyone treated me as a kid .. ha,ha. The girls really got a kick out of it — and yes, the candy I received from the few places I went to – did go to my nephew.

When my son was small my father-in-law passed away right before Halloween, causing us to be traveling on Halloween. When we got back to town a neighbor lady had arranged with everyone in our neighborhood to have a belated Halloween for my son. He got dressed up and we took him door to door. He had a great time and was young enough to not realize he was trick-or-treating in November!
My favorite memory of Halloween is traipsing the whole neighborhood with my cousin, making a trip home to unload, and then going back out! Then we would go home, sort all our goodies, and watch Halloween.
wowknk@gmail.com
This year, my two daughters (11 and 13) are dressing up and taking their one-year-old cousin with them, for her first trick-or-treating!!
wowknk@gmail.com
Always loved Halloween, even after kids had grown and flew the coop and before grandaughters showed up I always decorated for Halloween and loved to treat the kids.
Funniest Halloween (at least to me) we went out to get our candy and the janitor at our school lived in the neighborhood and when we got to his house he invited us all in for cider and treats and by 9:00 or so all the kids were there and we were having a grand old time only to learn later that our parents along with a police car were out combing the area looking for the lost kids. Later my Mom told me they were pretty frantic when we all (about 30 kids) disappeared.
I still celebrate the holiday by dressing up as a witch and greeting the kids at the door with a cackle and I always have special treats for granddaughters when they come.

My favorite Halloween memory was just last year when my 2 grandkids got all dressed up in their costumes and left with their Mom & Dad to go trick or treating while we stayed behind to hand out treats. My then 4 year old granddaughter turned around and told us not to worry they'd ask for extra candy for us.
Oh, heavens the 5 year old changes her mind about 3 times a day on who she wants to be. Last I heard it was either Dorothy or a Jedi knight. Her 2 year old brother is oblivious to what is going on.
Would be the 1st halloween with both my boys the previous year, it was so sweet to dress them up and show them off
The church is having a trunk or treat so we'll hit there before hitting my parents house and the downtown shops put together a really fun little way of passing candy out.

I grew up in a very small town, while it was still considered safe for kids to go alone to trick or treating, and nobody had heard of anything bad being done to the treats. I remember that we always loved the items that the mother of one of my classmates handed out–homemade popcorn balls, fudge, etc.

My favorite Halloween was when I was about 8 years old. My dad dressed me in a furcoat and a furry mask with red glowing eyes (battery operated). He dared me to do the monster mash at this little old lady's front door. She got a funny surprise seeing this short furry dancing "thing" on her door step.

My favorite memory of Halloween was the big party my grandma had for us all after Trick R Treating each year. She made apple cider and rice krispies treats and we always had a spider web string maze.

Christina – xristya@rock.com – My favorite Halloween memory is of dressing up as a doll with red cheeks and a light blue felt circle skirt and doing Trick Or Treat For Unicef while my little brothers got candy. I felt so grown-up to be doing this, getting pennies in the small milk cartons for the poor children!
My favorite memory of Halloween is my grandson's first Halloween. He was dressed as a pumpkin!
I had a Halloween party in 3rd grade and it was sooooo fun!

My favorite Halloween memory as getting to dress up in an elaborate fairy princess costume. I loved it so much I decided to wear it the next three Halloweens after!

My favorite Halloween was getting together with friends and trick or treating until we couldn't trick or treat anymore. I think we continued until we were in high school.

I think she'll be a ballerina.
Mintbooks are also available.
One year my mom decided she wanted to make my Halloween costume–unfortunately I wanted to be an ostrich —not the easiest costume to make–but she did it and it was amazing–I was 10 that year and I won best costume contests everywhere I went.

My favorite Halloween memory is my mom dressing up like a witch and scaring the kids. Believe me, she was no ordinary witch…lol.
This year my youngest son is going to be a knight. My older one has not yet figured out what he wants to be.
My favorite memory is that we used to find which houses were giving out the best candy. We would go to the house once and then go home and change into a different costume and then go again!
So many halloween memories- I guess a fave would be when I took Dawn to a costume contest at the mall and everyone (yes, even the other parents) were saying how cute she was and she should win- and her costume was homemade from a hefty bag, moss and make-up since she wanted to be a swamp monster and there was nothing remotely similar. (The next year they had instructions in a major mag, but she was first!)
The girls will be a witch, a goth *angel*, a gangster and one undecided, Ian wants to be a kitty

My favorite memory of Halloween was actually not MY Halloween, but my daughter's first one! She was only a month old and so so small! We got her a little pumpkin costume, which even included a cap that looked like the pumpkin stem. We brought her around to visit our friends & neighbors. She was just adorable!
They also have pretty Snowflake mint books for Christmas.
This year, my daughter who is now 10 yrs old is dressing as the devil. My son who is 7 is dressing as a character out of Bakugan.

My favorite memory is trick or treating with my sister
My favorite Halloween memory is of all of us kids huddled together in the car. We lived out in the country and didn't have any close neighbors. We probably went to 4 or 5 houses but it didn't matter. The fun part was dressing up and then coming home to watch Charlie Brown and pig out on the candy.
I'm going to wear my witch hat to pass out candy while my son goes out trick-or-treating in his Grim Reaper costume.

I would say my best Halloween memory would be around 2 years ago when I was sleeping in a hospital arm chair waiting for 6am to come. My wife was scheduled for a C-section on November 1st at 8am. that was the longest night of my life it was filled with hope and promise.
